| Abstract: | In order to send relief materials to the people as quickly as possible, the storehouse have been established in Tianjin, Heilongjiang, Shenyang, Hefei, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Nanning and Xi'an by central government. The positions, structure, management of these storehouses, as well as the problems to be solved are introduced in the paper. |
