| Abstract: | The era of knowledge based economy will cause significant changes of industrial structure of human society, production and lives of people as well as their thinking modes.We must grasp opportunities,adapt ourselves to changes,and enhance the level of seismological archive management,in order to meet the challenge of knowledge based economy.This paper discusses significant changes of seismological archive management facing to the era of knowledge based economy in the perspective of working style ,key components of works, and personnel knowledge structure of seismological archive management. |
