| 摘 要： | 本文通过全局性、长期性、前瞻性的开展强震动观测发展研究,总结了目前国内外强震动观测的现状及两者之间的差距,在此基础上,总结分析了21世纪前20年我国强震动观测领域发展趋势与态势,提出关于强震动观测发展系统的、整体的观点和看法,为领导决策提供咨询意见,为国家制定中长期发展规划,特别是"十二五"发展规划和重点项目提供参考。

| Abstract: | After a systematic search of the history and development of strong motion observation, we present in this paper a summary of the current situation of strong motion observation. On this basis, development trend in the future is prospected and some problems at present are analyzed. Finally, advices are given about how to promote the development of strong motion observation in protecting against and mitigating earthquake disasters. |
