| Abstract: | In this paper, a brief introduction is given to the project of earthquake emergency spot command post in Xiamen. The project consists of five parts： communication networks, the system for the acquisition and transmission of disaster condition, office and command system, command software, the system of logistic supplies. The flaw of this project is also discussed. |
