摘    要:隔震技术是近几十年来地震工程最重要成果之一,是一种经济、可靠、有效的防震减灾技术,但在实际工程中应用率较低,主要原因是对其成熟有效性和经济性等不够了解。通过分析相应的规范、标准和隔震工程实例在破坏性地震中的表现来说明隔震技术的成熟性,通过对已建隔震建筑与传统建筑的对比,分析了隔震技术的经济性,结合隔震技术优点与乌鲁木齐地区特殊的地震构造环境和地震危险性,提出在乌鲁木齐地区进一步推广应用隔震技术的可行性和必要性。

Abstract:Located in the middle-eastern part of northern Tianshan seismic belt,moderate and small earthquakes are very active in Urumqi.The southern and eastern slope of seismic structure are developed which is likely to occur MS7~7.5 earthquake,greater earthquake than the current seismic fortification intensity could occur in the future.In recent decades,isolation technology is one of the most important achievements to earthquake engineering.It is a kind of technology that is economic、reliable and effective to protect against earthquake;But actual application rate is low,which was caused by lacking understanding of effectiveness and economy.By analyzing normative standard and engineering example of isolation in destructive earthquake,isolation technology had been growing it ripeness.This article not only analyzed the economical capability of isolated building compared with traditional architecture,but also suggested feasibility and necessity of isolation technology according special seismotectonic environment and seismic risk in Urumqi.
