| 摘 要： | 在简要介绍“十五”中国数字强震动台网建设项目总体框架的基础上,着重介绍了与新疆“十五”数字强震动台网建设有关的固定强震动台网和乌鲁木齐市地震烈度速报台网的选台原则、规模、分布、设备配置、数据通讯、维护运行模式及其在防震减灾中的作用。新疆“十五”数字强震动台网的建成,将使新疆地区的强震动观测在台网规模和密度、观测环境和技术水平、强震动记录的获取能力和质量、数据处理速度和信息发布功能等方面跨上一个新台阶。

| Abstract: | Based on introducing briefly the overall frame of the network construction item of Chinese digital strong motion in "the tenth five-year plan",I introduced emphatically the network of immovable strong motion correlated with the network construction of the digital station motion of "the tenth five-year plan" in Xinjiang and the principle of selected station,the scale,the distribution,the equipment disposition,the data communication,the maintenance and the operation pattern of the network and its function in the quakeproof and the disaster reduction.The finish of the network construction of the digital strong shake station in "the tenth five-year plan" of Xinjiang will make the strong shake observation of Xinjiang area to go up a new step in the scale and the density of station network,the observation environment and the technical level,the ability and quality of gaining the strong shake records,the speed of data processing and the issue function and so on. |
