| 摘 要： | 从地震产生的构造机制着手，在分析山东沿海及近海地区断裂发育特征基础上，对该地区公元前70年以来发生的破坏性地震进行了统计分析.进而运用非线性理论计算出了该地区M≥5级和M≥6级地震的时间分数维，论述了地震时间分数维与构造活动的内在联系，探讨了依此进行地震预报的原理及可行性.

| Abstract: | Setting about the tectonic mechanism about the occurring〖KG*2〗of earthquakes, the authors analyze the developing characteristics of fractures in the coastal and offshore areas of Shandong Province. The earthquakes that magnitude is equal or larger than 5 grade since 70 B.C. are analyzed and calculated.Making use of the nonlinear theory, the time fractal dimensions〖KG*2〗of the earthquakes (M≥5 and M≥6) in the area are further calculated (D5=1.66，D6=1.04). The inherent〖KG*2〗relationship between the time fractal dimension and tectonic movement is described. The principle and the possibility to predict the short term\|faced earthquakes are probed into by means of the method. |
