| 摘 要： | 群测群防队伍是我国防震减灾工作中一支重要力量，在多次的地震短临预报、应急救援中发挥了重要的作用。许昌市地震局为了更好的发挥群测群防在防震减灾工作的作用，加大投入、规范管理，取得了一定效果。作者通过对新时期群测群防工作的思考，简要介绍了新时期群测群防的工作内容及许昌市的一些做法，以期望能够对全国的群测群防工作有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Mass monitoring teams are working in China＇s earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation an important force in the previous short-term and impending earthquake prediction, emergency rescue play an irreplaceable role. Seismological Bureau of Xuchang City in order to exert better mass monitoring job in the role of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, increase investment, regulation, and achieved some success. The author of the new era mass monitoring the work of thinking, briefly introduce the new era mass monitoring of job content and Xuchang city to some of the things to look forward to the national mass monitoring of the job has a certain degree of referential significance. |
