| 摘 要： | 为达到地震台网地震速报的相关要求，实现在最短时间内测定地震“三要素”和发送信息，文章结合天津地震台网所用MSDP软件的特点和首都圈地区的区域特征，就如何提高台网的地震速报质量，从提高地震速报的速度、准确度及专业人员的素质等方面提出改进的方法。

| Abstract: | In order to meet requirements for the Seismic Network in earthquake quick report and determine “three elements” of an earth-quake and send a message in the time as short as possible , some methods to improve earthquake quick report quality are introduced in this paper, considering the characteristics MSDP software used by the Tianjin Seismological Network and regional characteristics of metropolitan areas. |
