摘    要:历次地震的震害表明,地震造成的经济损失和人员伤亡与建筑物的破坏程度有很大的关系,对建筑物的抗震性能进行分析具有十分重要的现实意义。根据“安徽省合肥市防震减灾信息系统”中合肥市中市区房屋的抗震资料,用结构易损性分析方法对各类房屋的抗震性能进行了分析,得出按Ⅶ度设防的建筑物遭遇Ⅶ度地震时,多层砌体房屋和底层框架砖房以轻微破坏和中等破坏为主,多层钢筋混凝土框架房屋基本完好为主的结论。

Abstract:The economic losses and casualties in an earthquake are largely related to the destroyed degree of the buildings .it is important to analyze the capability of building to resist an earthquake. Based on the data of buildings in central Hefei city from an investigation for their qualities of earthquake-proof, which is a part of project named “Earthquake Disaster Reduction Information System for He fei City”, the quality of earthquake-proof has been evaluated by using vulnera bility analysis. The conclusion is that for the buildings which is designed to r esist intensity Ⅶ, if they are stricken by an earthquake in intensity Ⅶ, the m ost of houses with miltilayered brick-stone structure will be in light or mediu m destruction, where as the most of miltilayered houses with reinforced concrete framed structure will be almost no destruction.
