地震台站防雷效能评估标准设计

摘    要:本文根据重庆市地震局综合防雷改造项目的实践经验,设计适用于地震台站的防雷效能评估标准。该标准收集了重庆市21个防雷改造台站的基础资料,并对改造前后台站的观测系统运行状态、防雷关键参数、雷击情况、运维记录等数据进行分析。通过不断优化评估模型,最终利用约束条件最小二乘法获得了一套较为准确的评估公式,以正确评价台站的防雷效果与成效。该标准是对地震行业标准《DB/T 68-2017:地震台站综合防雷》在重庆地区的落实和执行,同时也是地震标准化、信息化在台站防雷方面的一次探索和尝试。标准的制定和实施还可为同类省级地震台网的防雷工作提供一套可参考的操作标准和应用实例。

Design of evaluation standard for lightning protection effectiveness of seismic station

Abstract:This paper designs the lightning protection efficiency evaluation standard for seismic station based on the practical experience of the comprehensive lightning protection reconstruction project in Chongqing Earthquake Agency. The standard collected basic data from 21 lightning protection reconstruction stations in Chongqing, and analyzed data such as running state of observation system, key parameters of lightning protection, lightning strike situation, maintenance records before and after the reconstruction. Through continuous optimization of the evaluation model, we finally obtained a more accurate evaluation formula using the constrained linear least-squares method, so as to evaluate the lightning protection effect and effectiveness of seismic station correctly. This standard is the implementation and perform of seismic industry standard “DB/T68-2017: Integrated Lightning Protection of Seismic Stations” in Chongqing area, and it is also an exploration and attempt of seismic standardization and informational in lightning protection of seismic stations. The establishment and implementation of the standards can also provide a set of operational standards and application examples for the lightning protection works in similar provincial seismic network.
