| 摘 要： | 地震观测网络数字化、地震速报方式的变化以及地震应急与救援的发展都对地震短信发布工作提出新的要求.通过整合安徽省地震局现有的软硬件资源,开发出基于互联网的地震短信发布软件,软件完成并在安徽台网的顺利运行,使得地震短信实现快速、高效、安全的发送. |

| Abstract: | The digitalized earthquake monitoring net,changes in fast earthquake reports and the development in earthquake emergency and rescue all put forward new demands to the releasing of earthquake short message.This article provides a new internet earthquake reporting software based on present hardware and software resources in Anhui Earthquake Bureau,which has been tested successfully in Anhui station net and can make the earthquake short message send in a speedy,high-efficiency and safe way. |
