| 摘 要： | 1975年2月4日海城M7.3级强烈地震成功的预报,创造了20纪地球科学史和世界科技上的奇迹。文内回顾了成功预报的过程:党和政府的高度重视与决策;对群测群防工作的落实;辽宁地震科技人员对地震发生的典型性地体环境和社会环境等综合分析。证明地震是有前兆的,是可以预测预防的。从而增强了对地震预报的信心,激励地震工作者在地震学科中不断的总结和探索。

| Abstract: | On February 4, 1975 Haicheng earthquake magnitudes M7.3 successful medium-term, short-term and imminent earthquake prediction is the first time in human history for above magnitude 7 earthquake success but full of disaster mitigation effect of forecast, created the earth 20 age a miracle in the history of science and the world science and technology. Forecast, this article reviewed the HAICHENG earthquake with M 7.3 success by the party and the government attaches great importance to and decision-making, and monitoring the work carries out to the group of testing and implementation, and LIAONING earthquake science and technology personnel efforts, to the social environment, such as the typicality of the earthquake and environmental comprehensive analysis, once again proved that is a precursor of the earthquake is predictable of prevention, so as to enhance confidence in the earthquake prediction and hope, inspire future generations in earthquake prediction ways of the road, as long as constantly summarize and explore, humans will be able to achieve the goal of the conquest of earthquake disasters. |
