海边半地下地震台站隔振槽防水设计解析

摘    要:针对地震台站特殊工艺要求,独立的地震计墩不允许配置钢筋,独立的地震计墩不允许埋设止水带,且地震计墩和主体建筑之间可能存在沉降,导致隔振槽、地震井套管位置不能采用常规防水处理,尤其地震台站位于地下或半地下时,隔振槽位置防水处理为设计重点。针对海边地下、半地下地震台站,通过对比分析隔振槽位置防水做法,得到最优的防水技术措施。地震计墩、隔振槽、地下室底板分别进行防水处理,采用防水砂浆、防水卷材、HDPE膜、非固化橡胶防水涂料等综合防水技术措施。为类似地震台站及有隔振要求部位的防水设计提供参考。

Abstract:In response to the special technological requirements of seismic stations,no reinforcement is allowed for independent seismometer piers,and water stop zone is not allowed to be laid,and there is no settlement between seismometer piers and rooms,conventional waterproof treatment cannot be used to Vibration isolation tank.When the seismic station is located underground or semi-underground,the waterproofing of the vibration isolation tank position is the focus of the design.In this paper,the waterproofing technology measures are obtained by comparing and analyzing the waterproofing practices of different vibration traps in the underground and semi-underground seismic stations on the seaside.It also adopts comprehensive waterproof technology measures such as waterproof mortar,waterproof coil,HDPE film,and non-cured rubber waterproof coating.It provides reference for waterproof design of similar seismic stations and parts with vibration isolation requirements.
