摘    要:本文针对当前工作中存在的问题,对核电厂地震安全性评价工作中断裂构造调查与评价的技术思路、发震构造鉴定、能动断层鉴定与调查、地表断裂影响评价、发震构造与能动断层的关系等方面的问题,从核安全法规的层面进行了分析和讨论。认为对核安全法规的正确认识和理解,是较好地解决当前问题的重要途径。

Abstract:Aiming at the solutions of actual problems raised by practical work, this paper discusses the relevant topics of faults investigation and evaluation for SSA of NPP from nuclear safety standards, including the technical methodology, identification of seismogenic structures, surveying and identification of capable faults, hazard evaluation of surface faulting and the relation between seismogenic structures and capable faults. The author believes that a thorough grasp of nuclear safety regulations may be a good way to solve these actual problems.
