摘    要:互联网是信息的最大和最广泛应用的载体,互联网已经成为地震灾情快速获取的一个重要渠道.本文介绍了基于天地图的互联网地震灾情获取与处理系统的总体结构、技术流程和功能设计与实现.该系统采用的GIS开发平台是ArcEngine,数据库是SQLServer,互联网数据服务平台采用开源的天地图.

Abstract:Internet is the largest carrier of the information which is widely used. Internet has become an important channel for quick acquisition earthquake disaster situation. This paper introduces fast acquisition and procession system of earthquake disaster situation from Internet media based on Map world, including the overall structure, technical process and functional design and implementation. In the system GIS Arc Engine is used as the platform, SQL Server is the database management carrier, and the open-source Map world is utilized as Internet data service source.
