| 摘 要： | 市县防震减灾信息化管理系统,采用internat/intranet下的浏览器/服务器（Browser/Server）结构,利用先进的图像预处理WEBGIS技术,实现了市县地震系统的地震监测、震灾防御、地震应急以及日常业务管理工作。系统的开发可使市县地震工作有效地实现资源共享,提升市县地震工作管理效率,构建完善的应急指挥体系。由于系统的开放设计,已使系统成功地应用到福建省9个地市的信息化管理建设,同时对全国地震系统也具有良好的推广及示范作用。 |

| Abstract: | The urban information management system of earthquake disaster mitigation adopts the browser /server structure under internet/intranet, with advanced image preprocessing WEBGIS technology. The advantages of this system include: realization of daily earthquake monitor and emergency management; easy earthquake information sharing; promotion of management effectiveness; and construction of a better emergency commanding system. So far designing concept of the system has been successfully applied to nine cities in Fujian province, which is valuable as a good example for the development of earthquake disaster mitigation system over the country. |
