基于国家地震科学数据开展断层面参数研究的初探——以唐山地震为例

摘    要:随着地震观测台网的加密,中国地震台网统一地震目录越来越完整。本文以地震资料丰富且研究程度较高的唐山地震为例,尝试利用中国地震台网统一地震目录直接确定断层面参数。将小震确定断层面参数的方法应用于唐山地震序列,对其断层面参数进行分段拟合,其中唐山断裂南段走向和倾角分别为213.4°和81.9°,唐山断裂北段走向和倾角分别为231.4°和89.1°,滦县段走向和倾角分别为125.1°和76.2°,卢龙断裂走向和倾角分别为46.1°和89.3°,宁河断裂走向和倾角分别为246.6°和81.8°。将所得结果与前人研究成果以及现今震源机制解参数研究的误差水平进行对比分析,证明了本研究具有较高的可靠性。本文研究结果表明,在地震活跃且地震定位精度较高的地区,中国地震台网统一地震目录可以广泛应用于断层面参数的确定。

Abstract:With increasing density of seismic observation network, the seismic catalogue of China Earthquake Networks provided by the China Earthquake Data Center is getting more and more complete. In order to find out if the seismic catalogue of China Earthquake Networks can be used directly to determine the parameters of earthquake fault plane, we take the Tangshan earthquake with abundant seismic data as an example to determine the parameters of earthquake fault plane directly by using the seismic catalogue of China Earthquake Networks. The method of determining earthquake fault plane parameters based on the data of small earthquakes is applied to Tangshan earthquake sequence in this study. The parameters of earthquake fault plane are then fitted in different segments, the strike and dip of north-segment Tangshan fault is 213.4° and 81.9°, and the strike and dip of south-segment Tangshan fault is 231.4° and 89.1°. The strike and dip of Luanxian-segment is 125.1° and 76.2°, the strike and dip of Lulong fault is 46.1° and 89.3°, and the strike and dip of Ninghe fault is 246.6° and 81.8°. The comparative analysis of the published results of Tangshan earthquake and the error level of the present focal mechanism solution parameters suggest that our results are acceptable, indicating that the seismic catalogue of China Earthquake Networks can be directly used to determine the parameters of earthquake fault plane in areas with abundant seismic data and high-precision seismic location.
