| 摘 要： | 我国地震活动频度高、强度大、分布广。地震引起的建、构筑物和工程设施倒塌破坏是导致人员伤亡和经济损失的主要原因。随着我国经济快速发展,城市化进程加快,核电站、大型水电站等重大基础设施越来越多。为了最大限度地减轻地震灾害造成的损失,《中华人民共和国防震减灾法》明确规定,一般建设工程必须按照国家颁布的地震烈度区划图或者地震动参数区划图规定的抗震设防要求,进行抗震设防;新建、扩建、改建建设工程,必须达到抗震设防要求”。地震区划与地震安全性评价等工作是确定抗震设防要求的重要科学依据。承蒙工程地震界专家、学者的鼎…

| Abstract: | This paper discussed two problems in current seismic safety evaluation for engineering site, i.e., the requirements of seismotectonic investigations and evaluation in near site area (near region) at the different seismic work levels; and consistency between Seismogenic structure and potential earthquake source with deterministic method and probabilistic method in engineering site seismic work at I-level. |
