摘    要:由于近年来水位普遍降低以及地热资源的不断开发,造成河北怀4井水位严重下降,几近断流。为了延长该井的观测年限,2007年怀4井进行了降低取水口的改造。由于改造后出水口低于地面,必须将泄流出的水抽走,由此必须抽水进行控制。由于怀4井水温达到85℃以上,并且富含矿物质,对金属具有强腐蚀性,因此对排水控制系统提出了很高的要求。通过在怀4井的实践,给出了一种在高温和腐蚀性等条件下长期正常运行的抽水控制系统。

Application of the pumping control system for the corruptive water with high temperature to the No. 4 well of underground water in Huailai Seismic Station

Abstract:With the development of geothermal resources the underground water level has descended in Hebei Province. The observation underground water level of the No. 4 well in Huailai Seismic Station descended as well. The new water outlet had to be reconstructed in order to continue the observation. The new position of the water outlet is lower than the ground level and so a pump system has to be used in order to control the water level automatically. The temperature of underground water in Huailai Seismic Station is 85 degree in Centigrade and the water contains some of corruptive elements and the underground water can damage to the pumping system. So the pumping system must have the ability of both anti - corruption and high temperature.
