| 摘 要： | 破坏性地震发生后,灾情信息在不同的抗震救灾阶段会呈现不同的需求特点。使用网络舆情监控系统快速准确地获取网络舆情信息、掌握舆情热点,对于震后信息发布、舆论正确引导和应急指挥具有重要意义。本文详细介绍了舆情监控系统的框架体系、功能构成以及在"4.20"芦山地震应急处置中的应用。

| Abstract: | After a destructive earthquake occurred, different disaster information is needed during different stage. Obtaining network consensus information, grasping consensus hot-topic timely and accurately by using Network Consensus Monitoring System are very important to information releasing, correct consensus guidance and emergency commanding. In this paper the framework, functional modules of Network Consensus Monitoring System, the application in emergency command of M7. 0 Lushan earthquake are introduced. |
