| 摘 要： | 在收集西安市城市基础信息资料、城市建筑物、生命线单体预测结果、震害防御对策与辅助决策研究成果的基础上,我们为西安市阎良区开发了防震减灾信息管理系统.该系统包括区域基础地理信息、震害预测数据库、震害评估、辅助决策等子系统,该系统能够实现震前预防和震时应急的辅助功能.

| Abstract: | Based on the data such as urban fundamental informations,buildings,prediction results of single lifeline,counter-measurement of earthquake disaster and assistant decision researches,we set up a regional fundemental database that include the geographic informations,earthquake disaster predictions,and we develop an assistant decision-making sub-system with the functions to assess the earthquake disaster and to implement the seismic prevention emergency response before earthquake and co-earthquake. |
