| 摘 要： | 灾情信息是抗震救灾决策的重要依据。本文结合汶川抗震救灾实践经验,将抗震救灾工作阶段粗略地划分为紧急部署期、生命营救期、紧急安置期和全面救灾期四个阶段,并据此对抗震救灾各阶段的灾情信息需求及灾情信息阶段特点进行了简要分析。

| Abstract: | The disaster information is an important for earthquake relief.According to the facts of the 2008 Wenchuan M8.0 Earthquake relief,we divided the relief period into four sections:emergency determination of relieving victims,relief of life,emergency setting for victims and all kinds of arrangement.According to different periods,we can relieve the victims effectively. |
