| Abstract: | In this paper, the seismological work progress of Sichuan province including observation technology, earthquake prediction, seismological geology, engineering seismology, earthquake damage prediction, technological system of earthquake defense and hazard reduction and so on during the last 30 years are reviewed.Its problems are discussed and some suggestions are put forward. |
