| 摘 要： | 采用软件工程和RUP(Rational Unified Process)思想, 围绕着国务院抗震救灾指挥部Web信息系统的设计和实现, 介绍了其主要功能, 阐述了其需求和用例分析、 总体设计过程, 并针对该系统中灾情信息发布模块的具体实现过程, 进行了详细的论述。 同时讨论了在开发Web信息系统过程中碰到的一些技术性问题, 并在实践中加以解决。

| Abstract: | By using the method of Software Engineering and RUP (Rational Unify Process), the authors introduced the design and realization of the web information system in the National Headquarters for Earthquake disaster Mitigation and its main functions in this paper. A series of process of the development of web information system are also introduced, such as requirements and cases analysis, architecture design, detailed design etc. Then the concrete realization of disaster information issue mode was particularly described. At the same time, some technological questions during the development process were discussed and solved in the practice. |
