| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨成年原发性门静脉海绵样变性的多排CT诊断价值及其发病原因。方法:对1例成人CTPV患者的临床资料进行分析并复习相关文献。结果:门静脉主干扭曲增粗、交织缠绕;门静脉左、右主干扩张并形成盲端;肝内门静脉分支增多,管壁欠光整并不均匀扩张及狭窄。结论:门静脉海绵样变性其CT表现具有特征性,CT检查对该病的诊断以及治疗方案的选择有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnostic value and comprehension of the causes of CT in cavernous transformation of portal vein(CTPV).Methods:The clinical data of one case with cavernous transformation of portal vein was analyzed retrospectively.Results:the portal vein were broaden and circuitous;the left and right branches of portal vein were dilated to form the blind side and the branches of intrahepatic portal vein were increased.Conclusion:CTPV have characteristic imaging features,which are the key to accurately diagnose this disease and may be great helpful for clinical treatment. |
