儿童鼻窦低剂量CT成像

摘    要:目的:在保证图像质量的前提下,确定儿童鼻窦CT成像最佳低管电流,减少X线辐射剂量。材料与方法:80例进行鼻窦成像的儿童随机分为4组,成像管电压为120kV,标准组管电流350mA,低剂量组管电流分别为235mA、175mA和125mA。将各低剂量组所获得的图像进行比较,计算DLP和ED平均值及各组ED减少的百分比。结果:与标准剂量组比较,各低剂量组鼻窦结构清晰,图像质量与标准剂量组无明显差别,能够满足临床诊断需要,同时各低剂量组ED比标准组分别降低了23.9%、42.7%和60.2%。结论:应用125mA低管电流,可获得临床诊断需要的儿童鼻窦图像,且ED剂量显著降低。
