| 摘 要： | 本文对８８例颈部动骨化与颈椎病Ｘ线与Ｘ表现进行了分析。颈部韧带骨化是指项韧带、前纵韧带、后韧带及棘上韧带的骨化。常与颈椎生理曲度异常，椎间隙变窄、椎体骨质增生，钩突关节骨质增生、椎管狭窄同时存在。本文认为有助于对中老年颈椎病的诊断，为治疗提供了依据，并为预防本病提供了参考价值．

| Abstract: | The clinical X-ray and CT appearance of 88 cases of cervical liagmentous ossification and cervical spondylosis were analyzed. The cervical liagmentous ossification is the ossification of cervical. anterior longitadinal, posterior longitadinal and super spinal process liagments. The cervical liagmentous ossification is usually acopmanied with the abnormality of the cervical phyiologic carve, narrow of intervertebral disc space. osstagense's of vertebral body, osstagensis of intervertebral joint and narrow of spinal caral. the X-ray and CT appearance of 88 cervical spondylosis patients with cervical liagmentous ossification were analyzed in this paper. The cervical liagmentous ossification is helpful to the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis in middle and old agedpeople. It also provide a dependant for treadment and a reference for preventing cervical spondylesis. |
