| 摘 要： | 高质量的图像是ＭＲ诊断的基础。ＭＲ有多参数成像的特点，操作者必须发利用机器的技术指标，掌握人体组织固有的参数及与成像参数之间的关系优化组合，以达到提高图像质量之目的。本文着重讨论了影响ＭＲ图像质量的主要因素，提高信噪比，对比分辩率和空间分辩率等技术措施以合理的选择成像参数。

| Abstract: | Quality assurance is the basis in the diagnosis with MR imaging. Because ofthe characteristics of multiple para-meters in MR, the techniques and functions of the machine,the body tissue parameters, and the imaging Parameters must be fully mastered and properly arranged, so as to achieve the purpose of acquiring the high-quality images. Through the analysis of the clinical practice, the authors discussed the main factors that in fluent the image quality, the technical points concerning the improvement of signal/noise ratio, contrast resolution,and spacial resolution and the optimal selection of the imaging parameters as well. |
