| Abstract: | The status and roles of the earthquake monitoring and prediction is elaborated, the new developments and unsolved problems in the earthquake monitoring and prediction are summarized and analyzed. Then, the guideline and global object of the construction of earthquake monitoring and prediction system is put forwarded. The system construction of earthquake monitoring and prediction, as well as the improvement of the earthquake prediction level in all aspects is also discussed in detail. |
