| 摘 要： | 常熟地震台水平摆倾斜仪2008年5月31日20时30分两分量出现台阶，20时59分在黄海海域（33．31°N，125．24°E）发生M4．3地震，确认这一震前台阶具有极强的短临预报意义。

| Abstract: | A two-component step appeared of on the record of quartz pendulum tiltmeter at Changshu Seismic Station at 20h30m on 31 May, 2008, and a M 4.3 earthquake happened in Yellow Sea （33.31°N,125.24°E） at 20h59m. It is assured that this step before earthquake is significant for meaning of imminent prediction. |
