Abstract:Using Brune model (1970) and the seismic data of Jiaokou reservoir recorded by the regional digital seismic station of Zhejiang Province, we transferred the velocity record spectrum into hypoeenter displacement spectrum by geometry diffusion correction, dielectric at- tenuation correction and instrumental correction. The corner frequency and zero frequency were calculated using genetic algorithm. Then hypocentral parameters including hypocentral radius and seismic moment were calculated and the relationships between them were analyzed systematically. 28 regional earthquakes of ML 1. 0--3. 3, occurred between 2009-09 and 2010-01 were used in this study. The results show that the seismic moments of these earth- quakes are 10^11--10^13 N-m and rupture radius are 110--319 m. There are log-linear relation- ships between seismic moments and corner frequency, seismic moment and body-wave mag- nitude and semi-log-linear relationships between moment magnitude and body-wave magnitude. They can be expressed: 1gM = 0. 01177R + 10.2,1gM = 1. 009ML + 10.5,Mw = 0. 667ML + 0. 98534. The seismic stress drops ranges from 0.02 -2.05 MPa and some corre- lation shows between stress drop and hypocenter radius.
