摘    要:地震观测数据的准确性和连续性,不仅取决于观测仪器、观测方法和观测技术水平,在很大程度上还依赖于良好的地震观测环境。客观、全面地对地震台站的观测环境进行调查评估,并建立地震观测环境监控体系,对于观测数据的质量控制、地震预报水平的提高和地震行政执法均具有重要意义。

Abstract:The accuracy and continuity of seismic observation data depend not only on the observation instrument, observation method and the observation technical level, but also on a good seis- mic observation environment. It is significant for data quality control, the earthquake prediction level improving and the law enforcement to investigating and evaluating the seismic station observation environment objectively and comprehensively, and establishing a seismic observation environment monitoring system. In this paper, the seismic observation environment investigation and assessment's basis, contents, methods and tools are studied. And based on the current seismic observation environment monitoring situation, the relational database management system and B/S structure, a seismic environment monitoring system design framework are put forward.
