| Abstract: | In this paper, the basic theory of thermal satellite thermal IR temperature increase anomaly of lower air, and its relation with other anomalies is introduced. The universality of satellite thermal IR increase anomaly before earthquake, the characteristics and existent problems of survey technique, and the possibility to us it in the earthquake forecast are also discussed briefly. |
