| 摘 要： | 本文论述了甸防震减灾技术系统的建设与发展，分别从地震监测技术系统，地震信息网络系统，地震应急指挥技术系统以及地震紧急救援技术等四个方面论述了系统的现代化建设。重点介绍了地震及前兆数字化观测技术的发展以及数字地震及前兆台网的规模及作用。
