| 摘 要： | 赤峰市宁城县气象灾害损失占所有自然灾害总损失的70%以上,气象灾害种类多、分布地域广、发生频率高、造成损失重。加强气象灾害防灾减灾工作,是实现经济社会又好又快发展必须重视和解决的重大现实问题。研究气象灾害风险评估对科学部署防灾减灾、最大限度地减少和避免人民生命财产损失、促进经济社会发展等具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | The meteorological disaster loss which account for more than 70% of total loss of natural disaster of Ningcheng county in Chifeng city. Various kinds of disasters that take place frequently in Ningcheng County were extensive distribution and caused severe losses. Strengthening meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation was the important problems, which to realize the sound and rapid eco-soeial development. Research on evaluation system of meteorological hazard risk could effectively prevent the occurrence of accidents and reduce the loss of properties and lives, which play an important role in scientific disaster prevention and mitigation, and promoting economic and social development. |
