| 摘 要： | 根据兴安盟人工影响天气综合业务平台建设经验,提出具有共性的人工影响天气综合业务平台开发思路,人工天气影响综合业务平台都应具备天气监测、数据采集加工、天气预报和预警、作业指挥、信息传输和作业管理等业务功能。但是,各地开展人工影响天气工作的业务内容不同,所以,业务系统组合方式和平台设计思想也不完全相同。研制开发适合当地实际情况、实用性强的人工影响天气综合业务平台并加以完善,不仅是高质量开展人工影响天气业务的保障,也是各级气象部门一项长期艰巨的工作任务。

| Abstract: | Based on the construction experience of integrated operation platform of weather modification in Xing＇an league（IOPWM）,the universal development thought of IOPWM was proposed,the IOPWM should has the function of the weather monitoring,the data collection and processing,weather forecasting and early warning,operational command,information transfer and the operation management,etc.However,the compound mode and platform design idea were not identical.Therefore,the development and perfection of IOPWM that was fit for local physical truth and better practical applicability not only was guarantee of high quality development IOPWM but also was a long-term and collar work tast of all or different levels meteorological department. |
