大连市雷电灾害风险评估体系指标量化方法

摘    要:为了提高雷电灾害风险评估的置信度,在大连市雷电灾害风险评估指标体系的基础上,探讨适用于该评估方法的量化模型以及基于层次分析法(AHP)的各评价指标权重量化方法。采用层次分析法建立指标层判断矩阵,计算矩阵最大特征根,对各矩阵进行归一化处理和一致性检验,得出所有指标总体累积权重分布的同时确立雷电灾害风险安全度评价等级。通过典型建筑物的雷电灾害风险量化评价,验证了该量化评估体系的合理性,为有效防止或减少建筑物雷电灾害提供了一种简便实用的评价方法。

Abstract:In order to improve the confidence of lightning risk assessment, based on the established risk evaluation index system for lighting disasters in Dalian, the quantification models applied to the evaluation method are explored, and the AHP based determination method of weights of evaluation indexes are mainly focused. Using AHP to establish judgment matrix of indicators, the most noticeable characteristic of matrix root can be calculated. By means of the normalization and consistency method, the relative weight vector is obtained, and the level of lightning risk is determined. A typical example is used to verify the risk evaluation index system. The result shows that the risk evaluation index system is simple and practical for building lightning risk assessments.
