| 摘 要： | 采用天气动力学和动力诊断相结合的分析方法，通过对四川盆地北部两次小范围特大暴雨(2001年9月18日绵阳特大暴雨与2002年6月7日遂宁特大暴雨)发生时的环流背景、主要影响系统、要素场特征等进行对比分析，找出了两次过程的相似和不同之处，指出低空急流和相对稳定的环流形势是小范围特大暴雨形成的关键。

| Abstract: | Through synoptic and dynamical diagnostic methods and the contrast analysis of the background atmospheric circulation, the main influencing systems and characteristics of weather element fields, as well as the similarities and differences of two heavy rain events happened in the northern Sichuan Basin,are analyzed. It is shown that the low-level jet and the steady circulation pattern are the key factors. |
