| 摘 要： | 利用交互式语音应答（IVR：Interactive Voice Response）技术,建立网络远程管理语音平台,实现对网络事件的语音化处理和远程监听。通过该系统,网络管理员可以利用固定或移动电话随时得到网络系统的运行状态信息,从而进行有效管理。实现中,采用了Visual C＋＋集成开发环境,利用了多线程机制和ADO数据库访问等技术。系统具有实时性好、操作简便、成本低廉等特点。经实际应用,达到了良好的效果。
