| 摘 要： | 2010年初夏6月黑龙江省气温异常偏高,为1954年以来历史第1位;上旬和下旬出现两次高温过程,高温的强度和日数突破历史极值,降水偏少.分析成因主要是中高纬度环流异常,欧亚地区以纬向环流为主,北半球500hPa高度场在本省为明显的正距平,亚洲区极涡面积偏小,鄂霍次克海没有建立稳定的阻塞形势,对应的东北冷涡活动少.

| Abstract: | Heilongjiang province abnormal high temperature in June(beginning of the summer)is the highest since 1954;two high temperature process happen in the first ten days and the last ten days of June,and both the strength and the time broken the extremes of the history,in addition to the less precipitation.The main reason was the abnormal of the atmosphere circles in middle and high latitude,European local was the latitudes circle mainly,and Heilongjiang province was positive distance on the 500hPa weather map on the north hemisphere.The Okhotsk block high did not established steady,besides the polar vortex areas were fewer than normal and the north east vortex’s activity was also less. |
