摘    要:利用平凉气象观测站2003年1~12月人工站和自动站平行观测的风速、风向资料,统计比较了2003年1~12月人工站与自动站风速观测值和极值,结果表明:受观测仪器系统偏差和观测取值时间差异的影响,人工站比自动站的日平均风速偏小0.4 m/s。风向完全相符的接近40%,2个以上方位的不相符率4%。

Abstract:Based on the wind speed and wind direction data observed in routine and automatic weather station in 2003 in Pingliang city,the statistical comparison of observed and extreme values in routine and automatic weather station from January to December in 2003 has been analyzed.The results show that in the influence of the systematic error of instruments and observational time error,the daily mean wind speed of routine station is 0.4 m/s less than automatic weather station,and the corresponding wind directions are nearly 40% in both routine and automatic weather stations,the ratio of disagreement over two directions is 4%.
