| Abstract: | The Paper discusses the impact factors and cost of moving tillage back to forest or grass in Gansu province based on the field survey and experiment. The climate is one of the very important resources and factors. The cost of afforestation is up to two times than that of plant grass. Therefore, it is very important to adjust measures to local conditions in moving tillage back to forest or grass, in order to reduce the cost and gain the positive benefit. |
