摘    要:从现实条件和可持续发展的角度初步归纳了全国水资源短缺的空间格局,评述了西北干旱区水资源的现状和趋势,简要分析了西北干旱区水循环和水资源利用的特点和规律,概括了西北干旱区水循环和水资源高效利用研究的进展和动态,初步探讨了西北干旱区水资源高效率利用的科学对策。最后,提出了西北干旱区水循环和水资源高效利用研究方面的某些重要科学问题。

Abstract:The spatial distribution of water resource shortage in China is summed up from the practical condition and sustaining development angles.The actuality and trend of water resource are reviewed,the characteristic of water cycle and water resource utilization in arid region of Northwest China are analyzed.And research advances on water cycle and effective utilization of water resource in arid region are summarized,the scientific countermeasures about effective utilization of water resource in arid region are preliminarily discussed.Finally,some important scientific issues about water cycle and effective utilization of water resource in arid region of Northwest China are put forward.
