| Abstract: | In order to monitor the meteorological information promptly and statistically analyze the rate of timely data which is coming from various regions meteorological office,we worked out the transmission rate monitoring and analyzing system of uplink meteorological information.As the system is base on SQL Server database meanwhile the program is devoted by B/S model and accomplished in PHP background,the result is able to show by tables or Excel.It makes it possible for analyzing all kinds of report transmission rate anytime and anywhere,furthermore the interface is amicable and functional and by using this system we could clearly find out the jabber and missing report at first time during the transmission process and keep all the transmission status of various regions. |
