| 摘 要： | 为实现辽宁决策气象服务从产品内容、产品类型、产品形式、产品制作、产品签发和产品分发的规范化、系统化，采用Visual C#语言在.Net Framework系统框架下以决策气象服务的工作思路、方法和流程为基础，开发了辽宁省决策气象服务工作平台，实现了决策气象信息的统计分析、模板化编辑、规范化发布、知识库信息查询等功能。系统可在决策服务中心的业务工作中应用。

| Abstract: | In order to make the contents,types,formats,manufacture,issue and division of decision-making meteorological service products standardization and systematization,the decision-making meteorological service platform in Liaoning was developed based on the work idea,method and workflow of decision-making meteorological service by Visual C# programming language and.NET framework.It can realize statistic analysis,template editor,products standardization issue and knowledge base inquiry and so on,and it can also be used to the operation of decision-making service center. |
