On Modern Climatic Viewpoint and the Issues of Xinjiang Climate |

| Abstract: | Some concept on modern climatic viewpoint is put forward,which include climatic system, resources, environment, variation and hiberarchy viewpoints. The several climate issues needed to be studied and solved urgently at present are the climate change and its effect on environment,especially on water resources, as well as short climate prediction and the establishment of its operational system. |
