摘    要:为了明确设施番茄对CO2的生理响应及需求规律,以“美红2号”为试验材料,测定了增施600、900、1200ppm的CO2后,番茄的开花量、单株果数、果重、含糖量、含酸量及维生素C含量。结果表明:增施CO2可以提高番茄花量25~50%,提高单株结果数量,增产28.29~51.04%,但对平均果重没有影响。与对照相比,增施CO2 20天后,600、900、1200 ppm处理的果实含糖量分别为5.27、5.49、5.65g/kg,明显高于对照4.71g/kg的含糖量;含酸量分别为2.48、2.23、2.02 g/kg,显著低于对照区3.03 g/kg的含酸量;维生素C含量分别为356.38、420.38、348.38 mg/kg,显著高于对照区260.88 mg/kg的含量,其中900ppm处理对维生素C的提升效果最好。结论:在温室中增施CO2不但能提高番茄产量,还能有效改善番茄品质,适宜的剂量以900ppm为宜。

Response of greenhouse tomato yield and quality to different CO2 concentrations
Abstract:In order to determine the physiological response and the requirements of greenhouse tomato to CO2, the flowering quantity, fruit number per plant, fruit weight, sugar content, acid content and vitamin C content of "Meihong No. 2" tomato were assayed after supplement CO2 with dosage of 600, 900 and 1200ppm.SResults showed that increasing CO2 concentration could improve flowering amount by 25~50%, fruit number per plant by 28.29~51.04%, but had no effect on average fruit weight.SSCompared with the control, the sugar content of tomato supplemented with 600, 900 and 1200 ppm CO2 for 20 days was 5.27, 5.49 and 5.65 g/kg, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control (4.71g/kg).SSThe acid contents were 2.48, 2.23 and 2.02 g/kg, which were significantly lower than 3.03 g/kg in control area.SSVitamin C contents were 356.38, 420.38 and 348.38 mg/kg, respectively, significantly higher than 260.88 mg/kg of the control, and 900 ppm had the best effect on vitamin C improvement.SSConclusion: supplement CO2 in greenhouse can not only improve the yield of tomato, but also improve the quality, and the appropriate dose of CO2 is 900ppm.
