| 摘 要： | 利用1991～2011年5～9月伊宁市气象站逐小时降水资料，分析了伊宁近21a降雨特征。结果表明，21a来伊宁雨日年际变化较为明显，后10a和前10a相比，中雨、大雨和暴雨日数均出现增加，但小雨日数明显减少导致总雨日出现了减少。小雨过程发生最多的时段是7月中旬，中雨和大雨过程最多时段同在5月下旬。前半夜为中雨、大雨、暴雨过程最易发生时段，后半夜为小雨过程最易发生时段。逐小时降水量和降水频次呈现较为一致的日变化特征，夜雨多且雨量集中。伊宁的降水主要以短时性降水（1～4h）为主，多发生在前半夜至后半夜，1h降水频次最多的是量级≤1mm的降水，但1.1～3mm量级的降水贡献率最高。

Rainfall Variation during 1991-2011 in Yining |

| Abstract: | Based on hourly precipitation data from May to September during 1991-2011 from Yining meteorological station, the features of rainfall change during recent 21 years were analyzed. Results showed that over the 21 years, the rain days had a significant inter-annual variation. Compare to during 1991-2000, the rain days of moderate rain, heavy rain, torrential rain increased during 2002-2011, while the days of light rain decreased obviously, leading to the total rain days decreased. The light rain occurred with the most frequency in the middle of July, moderate rain and heavy rain both in the late May. At the first half of night(21:00~02:00), moderate rain, heavy rain and torrential rain most easily occurred, and the light rain at the second half of the night (02:00~08:00). The diurnal variations of hourly precipitation and rainfall frequency were consistent, and their peaks both occurred from 22:00 to 11:00(the next day). The short-term precipitation (1~4h) was the mainly precipitation in Yining, mainly happened from the first to the second half of the night. The maximum of rainfall frequency in 1 hour was the precipitation less than or equal to 1.0mm. However, the contribution of the frequency of the rainfall greater than or equal to 1.1mm but less than or equal to 3.0mm, was the biggest to the precipitation.
