摘    要:从环流形势、弱冷空气影响、大气稳定度、水汽收支等方面分析了2017年6月上旬江苏南部的一次极端暴雨过程,并与该区域同期其他暴雨事件进行了对比。结果表明,暴雨区位于加强的200 hPa西风急流入口区的右侧,偏强的副热带高压西北侧的西南气流与东北冷涡西南侧的西北气流交汇及850 hPa异常的风场切变是造成本次强降水过程的重要条件,中层弱的干冷空气入侵对降水有增幅作用,32.5°N附近江苏西部冷平流和冷锋锋生强度明显强于东部,造成江苏南部西侧降水强于东侧。暴雨区存在明显的条件性对称不稳定,水汽水平辐合强度、垂直输送强度、总的水汽辐合强度和垂直上升运动及潜热加热强度为其他年份同期暴雨过程的3倍,极端性明显。此外,本次过程中气旋的移动路径易导致江苏南部地区出现强降水。

Analysis of an Extreme Rainstorm Process in Southern Jiangsu in Early June 2017

Abstract:The extreme rainstorm process was analyzed in southern Jiangsu in early June 2017 from the aspects of situation, weak cold air impact, atmospheric stability and water vapor budget. It also compared with other heavy rain events in the same period in early June. The results showed that rainstorm area was located on the right side of the 200 hPa enhanced west wind jet inlet area. The intersection of southwest airflow on the northwest side of the strong subtropical high pressure circulation and northwest airflow on the southwest side of the northeast cold vortex circulation and anomalous wind field shear at 850 hPa were important conditions for this heavy precipitation process. This precipitation process had weak cold air intrusion in the middle of the atmosphere, which had a certain effect on the increase of precipitation. The intensity of cold advection and cold front in the west of Jiangsu Province near 32.5°N was significantly stronger than that in the east, which also caused precipitation in the west side of southern Jiangsu to be stronger than that in the east side. In 2017, the occurrence of obvious conditional symmetry instability and the water vapor horizontal convergence intensity, the vertical transmission intensity, the total water vapor convergence intensity in water vapor budget equation and the vertical speed, latent heat release intensity were three times that of the previous early June heavy rains in other years, therefore, this heavy precipitation process was extreme. In addition, the moving path of cyclone in this process was likely to cause heavy precipitation in southern Jiangsu.
